With 10 years of experience as an experience strategy consultant and UX Researcher, I specialize in starting, building and scaling UX Research functions in orgs with lower UX maturity or are new to research.

Thriving in ambiguous spaces, I enjoy overseeing the foundational research and strategy work on complex, large-scale products while working cross functionally.

I have a passion for mentoring under represented groups in tech including women and the LGBTQ+ community, and am actively coaching and mentoring UXR folks on ADPList and with Out in Tech.
